Each category carries its own attribute schema, so a phone asks for storage and network lock while a lot asks for area and title type. Start typing a title and HiveShop suggests the right category from its keyword index.
Paste a rough description and the AI writes the listing. Or skip the typing entirely — upload your photos and it reads them, pulling brand, model, condition and specs off the labels, plus a suggested price range.
Multiple photos per listing, transcoded to WebP with real thumbnails and EXIF stripped on the way in. Drag to reorder; the first one becomes the cover. Nothing uploads at 8 MB and stays that way.
Every listing shows comparable items from the same leaf category in price order, and tells the buyer where this one ranks. Sellers see the same price hints — median, low and high — while they're still writing the listing.
Threads are per listing, per buyer. Send a number and it lands as a structured offer, not a sentence to scroll back for. Unread counts sit in the header badge and the bottom bar.
Buyers rate sellers after a deal; sellers can reply publicly. Anyone can report a listing, and repeat offenders collect strikes that the admin console tracks and acts on.
Save anything with a tap. When a seller lowers the price on something you've saved, HiveShop tells you — by SMS or email, throttled so it never turns into spam.
One free bump per week for everyone. Beyond that: ₱29 to bump to the top, ₱149 for 7 days Featured, ₱399 for 30 days — GCash, Maya or card through PayMongo, with webhook-verified activation.
A government ID gets an AI pre-check for quality and name match, then a human admin decides — nothing is auto-approved. ID numbers are encrypted at rest and the images are purged 30 days after the decision.

HiveShop is a peer-to-peer buy-and-sell marketplace built for the Philippines. Anyone can list an item in one of 103 categories, chat with buyers and make or accept offers, and — when both sides want the protection — complete the sale through HiveShop Protect escrow.
Four ways, all landing on the same account when they share a mobile number or email: a 6-digit SMS one-time code, a 6-digit email one-time code, a password, or Google Sign-In. You stay signed in on that device.
Paste a rough description — or just upload your photos — and HiveShop fills the title, description, brand, condition, quantity, a suggested category and any specification fields that category defines. Photo fill reads the actual images, including labels and model numbers, and returns a price estimate range. A status box always tells you what happened; nothing is silently overwritten.
The buyer pays into escrow through PayMongo. The seller ships and enters the tracking details. The buyer confirms receipt, and an admin releases the payout. If something goes wrong the buyer can raise a dispute within 7 days and an admin resolves it as a refund or a release. The platform fee is 5% of the item subtotal with a ₱20 minimum, deducted from the seller's payout.

Yes. Starter is ₱60,000 setup plus ₱4,500 per month for a white-label instance on a vhivesolutions.com path. Business is ₱120,000 setup plus ₱9,500 per month and adds a custom domain, escrow and KYC, and your own PayMongo account. Enterprise is priced per engagement with a dedicated server, an SLA and source-code escrow.
On the Business tier, yes — you can swap the ₱9,500 monthly fee for a 2% platform fee on HiveShop Protect orders. The one-time setup fee still applies. It suits a marketplace whose volume is seasonal or still ramping.
Shopify sells one shop's own inventory — it has no peer-to-peer seller onboarding, no buyer-seller chat and no escrow.
